야외설치용 방수형 초음파 / 음향 카메라

BATCAM FX는 세계에서 가장 작고 가벼운 초음파 카메라입니다. 초음파 대역의 신호까지 측정해 가스 누설과 전기 아크를 검출하는 목적으로 개발되었습니다.

112개의 마이크로폰을 사용하여 측정 감도를 높였으며, 최대 48kHz의 초음파 대역의 신호까지 측정 가능하도록 개발하였습니다. 또한 BSR(Buzz, Squeak, Rattle) 노이즈를 포함한 고주파 소음 측정에도 탁월한 성능을 발휘합니다.

BATCAM Remote 는 세계에서 가장 작고 가벼운 초음파/음향 카메라입니다.

초음파 대역의 신호까지 측정해 가스 누설과 전기 아크를 검출하는 목적으로

가스 누설이 발생하면 가청주파수보다 높은 초음파 성분이 발생합니다. 전기 아크가 발생할 때도 초음파 성분이 발생합니다.

따라서 시끄러운 환경에서 초음파 성분을 측정하면 가스 누설 및 전기 아크의 발생 여부 및 발생 위치를 측정할 수 있습니다.

BATCAM Remote 는 1m 거리에서 50cc/min (0.0018 CFM)의 누설 유량을 측정할 수 있으며, 10m 거리에서 110cc/min (0.0039 CFM)의 누설 유량까지 검출한 바 있습니다. 만약 누설 유량이 더 크다면 더 먼 거리에서도 측정할 수 있습니다.

가스 누설이 발생하면 가청주파수보다 높은 초음파 성분이 발생합니다. 전기 방전이 발생할 때도 초음파 성분이 발생합니다. 따라서 시끄러운 환경에서 초음파 성분을 측정하면 가스 누설 및 전기 방전의 발생 여부 및 발생 위치를 측정할 수 있습니다. BATCAM FX는 1m 거리에서 50cc/min (0.0018 CFM) 의 누설 유량을 측정할 수 있으며, 10m 거리에서 110cc/min (0.0039 CFM) 의 누설 유량까지 검출한 바 있습니다. 만약 누설 유량이 더 크다면 더 먼 거리에서도 측정할 수 있습니다.
